Afra Residential Apartement

Afra Residential Apartment is located in one of the most prosperous neighborhoods in the north of Tehran.

In designing the volume and facade outside the cube geometry has been used to create the required spaces.

The design scenario of project spaces is defined by moving the cubes from the facade surface in such a way that vertical connections, void spaces (natural light entry) and green space (terrace)  of the project facade are defined.

Due to the constraints ahead, including a minimum width of 9.8 meters of land, we brought open space into the project with minimum standards.

Afra residential apartment is designed based on the cubic morphology of the plan functions and creating Void space and terrace.

The cubes create terraces for the units to match the interior plan of the space .

The terraces move to the facade of the building, and the empty spaces direct the light into the interior spaces

آپارتمان مسکونی افرا در یکی از مرفه ترین محله های شمال تهران واقع شده است.

در طراحی حجم و نمای بیرون از هندسه مکعبی برای ایجاد فضاهای مورد نیاز استفاده شده است. سناریو طراحی فضاهای پروژه از طریق حرکت دادن مکعب ها از سطح نما تعریف شده است به نحوی که ارتباطات عمودی، وید ها ، فضای سبز نمای این پروژه را تعریف می کند .

با توجه به محدودیت های پیش رو شامل عرض کم 8/9متری زمین، ما با حداقل استانداردها فضای باز را به درون پروژه کشاندیم.

آپارتمان مسکونی افرا بر اساس رابطه مورفولوژی مکعب بر عملکردهای پلان و ایجاد وید وتراس طراحی شده است.

مکعب ها برای همخوانی با پلان داخلی فضا تراس هایی برای واحدها ایجاد می کنند.

تراس ها برای ساختمان در نما حرکت می کند و فضاهای خالی نیز نور را به فضاهای داخلی سوق می دهند .
